Junior Systems Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Assist IT project rollout & infrastructure support

• Provide Level 1 tech support (network, hardware, software)

• Help monitor, troubleshoot & document systems

• Collaborate on incident resolution & team projects

• Deliver on-site IT support when required

 

Requirements:​

• Diploma or above in IT/Computer Science

• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS)

• Detail-oriented, proactive & eager to learn

• Strong commmunication & team spirit

• Fluent in English & Cantonese
