Sales Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales team with quotations, orders & proposals

  • Process sales/purchase orders & coordinate with clients/suppliers

  • ​Prepare documentation for pre-sales & after-sales services

  • Update system records & assist invoicing with Finance

  • Handle ad hoc sales administrative tasks as assigned

 

Requirements:​

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related field

  • With experience in sales admin or customer service is in advantage

  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills

  • Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin & English

  • Proficient in MS Word, PPT, Excel & Chinese word processing
